Located on the west coast of Istria, built in the 19th century house named “Lucia” reflects true Istrian architecture, complimented by many antique details that evoke a rustic atmosphere in which you will forget the everyday life and a hectic world, in just a moment.
The house is spread over two floors, where there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms. In the living room, your attention will certainly attract the outdoor fireplace, perfect for a relaxing romantic holiday.
Modern overflow pool dominates the garden, and in it you can enjoy complete privacy, with the enchanting scents of landscaped garden with many Mediterranean plants, which will certainly during warm days lure their fragrance.
For the youngest we have prepared a Nintendo Wii game console, seesaw and slide in the backyard, for a little older there is an outdoor barbecue with gazebo where you can spend a memorable evening. For a memorable vacation you can definitely take you and your pet.
Near the village Rovinjsko Selo there is the city of Rovinj, the blue pearl of the Adriatic, the city of romance and art, with beautiful beaches and many cultural and entertainment events throughout the year. Nearby is the famous fiord – “Limski kanal”, a nature reserve, where you can visit the cave, climb the rocks or just enjoy the seafood specialties.
